The focus of our CNC production is the CNC machining as well as medium-sized processing of CNC large parts. We produce these here at SPALECK in Bocholt and Greiz. We offer the 3D measuring of CNC parts at both locations.

Speed, quality and service when turning and milling of CNC turned parts and milled parts is our favorite.
We turn and mill in three-shift operation for you. This permits quick and reliable delivery times and where required, capacities for urgent orders. In the area of machining, we produce CNC parts on modern CNC machines such as, e.g. our DMU 75 monoBlock or our CTV 315. Fully-automated with maximum precision and completely economical, as supplier this allows us to offer MADE IN GERMANY at premium prices. Our machinery park includes modern CNC machining centers. In most cases, we are able to offer you all processing steps from turning, milling and drilling on only one CNC machine. This saves time for setting up and reduces error sources in the CNC parts production. In Bocholt and Greiz we offer you a quick, highly accurate and economical production of your CNC parts.

Our modern machinery park of CNC controlled machines and machining centers is especially designed also to mill, turn and machine very large workpieces. This makes SPALECK to one of the leading suppliers for mechanically processed large parts. Products of our large part machining are, amongst others, being used in the wind power sector, in shipbuilding, special mechanical engineering and plant engineering. We supply high-precision with your large parts. Our large part production is optimally supplemented by our 3D measuring and quality assurance. Our CNC cutting machine operators do not only mill and turn your large parts using the CNC. We also survey your workpieces on accurate 3D measuring machines.
