A few months ago, the SPALECK water technology and metal processing team successfully completed the construction of lamella clarifiers – an important part of an overall wastewater treatment solution for one of our customers in the chip industry. In the meantime, the assembly of the plant has made great progress:
- The last tanks are now installed and ready for operation.
- Our new platform with the chamber filter press is also ready for use.
- A footbridge has been successfully installed between the tanks to facilitate access.
- The switchgear has been installed and is now in position.
- The first pipework between the components has already been completed, ensuring a smooth process.
Over the next few weeks, our experts from SPALECK Wassertechnik will continue to take care of the pipework, the cable route expansion and the electrical connection so that wastewater, air and electricity can soon work together smoothly.
Special thanks to Tim, our project manager at SPALECK Wassertechnik, who is not only driving the process engineering forward, but is also getting stuck in!
