SPALECK for a better work-care balance

After we successfully introduced the company care guide in June, it quickly became clear how relevant this topic is for our employees. Hanna Hitpaß, in her role as Care Guide, shared: “The interest and demand for the Care Guide program are high, and the positive feedback reassures us in the SPALECK Health Circle that we are meeting an important need.”

We are therefore pleased to have officially signed the Charter for Work & Care and to become active participants in the NRW state program.

Together with the SPALECK Health Circle, represented here by Peter Buhr, Karin Spaleck and Hanna Hitpaß (from left to right), we want to bring the topic of care even further into focus. The Charter encourages us to expand our efforts as a care-friendly company, providing the best possible support and practical assistance to employees with caregiving responsibilities.
