Our SPALECK Group has acquired significant parts of WABE Wasseraufbereitung GmbH & Co. KG from the HIMMEL Group. WABE has been an internationally recognised specialist in engineering and plant construction for industrial water treatment for over 25 years. With this acquisition, we are consistently continuing the expansion of our industrial process and wastewater treatment division.

Together with the WABE team, which we are integrating into our SPALECK Group, we are expanding our solution portfolio and accelerating our sustainable growth in the interesting water treatment market.” WABE is another important step for SPALECK on the way to becoming a system supplier for the filtration of water.
